Writing a letter to compose my feelings and the situation, sending it or not
Recognizing signs of anger as they are beginning to arise and leaving the situation (rapid heartbeat, clenched jaw, warmth in skin, tension in body, adrenaline, hurt feelings)
Any other form of exercise - kickboxing?
Stomping, plios, cardio, jumprope, weights, yoga, stretching, hula hooping, gymnastics
